How do I place an order?

You can order directly from our website or contact us for bulk pricing or custom invoices. We accept PayPal, bank transfer, Alibaba transactions, and more.

Can I customize my logo? What is the MOQ?

Yes, we offer custom logo printing with a minimum order quantity of just 1 piece. OEM orders start from 100 pieces. Please send your logo in JPG, PNG, AI, or PDF format.

Do you ship worldwide? How long is the delivery time?

Yes. We ship globally via DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your location.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air freight, and sea freight shipping. FBA prep services are also available for Amazon sellers.

Why do you use a 15V SELV power adapter? How is it safer than 36V?

15V SELV power supplies meet stricter international safety standards, reduce electric shock risk, and are safer for beauty, medical, and close-contact environments compared to higher-voltage adapters.

How durable is your 360° rotating lamp head?

Our lamp head uses a reinforced collagen rotation shaft tested for 10,000+ rotations without loosening— perfect for salons and clinics with heavy daily use.

What is the lifespan of your LED lamps?

FOSOTO LED lights last over 50,000 hours, equivalent to more than 10 years of use in a professional studio.

Are the lamps flicker-free and eye-safe?

What is your warranty policy?

All products include a 1-year warranty with full support for repairs, replacements, and spare parts.

How do I get technical support or process a return?

Why did my payment fail?

Payment may fail due to insufficient balance, incorrect card details, expired card, failed bank verification, or unstable network. Please verify your information and try again.

Which payment methods do you support?

What should I do if I see “Transaction Rejected”?
