Return Policy

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • FOSOTO covers the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the buyer.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are for the item cost only, excluding handling or shipping fees.
  • Before dispatching a replacement or issuing a refund, FOSOTO must receive the returned item in the agreed condition, with photo or video evidence of the defect.

Claim Requirements

  • Provide your order number and a photo/video for a claim.
  • For Amazon orders, include the seller’s name or a screenshot.
  • Claims for missing products must be made within 45 days of purchase.
  • Missing parts must be reported within 2 days of receipt.
