Política de devoluciones
- Los compradores son responsables de los costos de envío de devolución.
- FOSOTO cubre el costo de envío del artículo de reemplazo al comprador.

· Tenemos algunas luces en stock en España, Francia, Estados Unidos, México y Rusia . Si no estás seguro, puedes contactarnos y podemos priorizar el envío desde almacenes en el extranjero. Si el almacén en el extranjero está agotado, priorizaremos el envío con UPS, FEDEX , etc. Nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar un pedido pendiente en caso de una discrepancia de stock en un almacén de origen. En caso de que esto ocurra, se realizará un reembolso automático a través del método de pago original.
· Envío desde el almacén local según su área, normalmente demora entre 3 y 30 días para la entrega , el envío desde el almacén en el extranjero demora entre 3 y 7 días y el tiempo de envío internacional es de 10 a 30 días.
